Poetverty; Music & Poetry in support of World Aid’s Day
Friday, November 30th, 2007Dear sugarplum fairy,
My questions…
Why make art, if not for good? Why pursue a passion, if you cannot share it?
If Art could fix and correct, change and move, heal and justify- then why not?
They say an artist is fragile and intense, an artist is too sensitive. So why play blind?
If you make music or paint or dance or sculpt- do you not make Art?
So if you do make Art, then,
Why make Art, if not for good? And why pursue a passion, if you cannot share it?
I am very much a non-existing Artist. But I am intimately in touch with my Art, in its own ways. I see and create my Art from where you cannot. Perhaps, I am just a dreamer. But I wish to share with everyone, the good that I hope it will bring; tomorrow.
I pray for its success.
Have He not permit it, I would bear no power to.
